Critical materials accumulate inside ordinary industrial operations—in spent catalysts, retired jet engines, decommissioned servers and transformers, shredded vehicles, furnace dust, electronics, energy infrastructure, and industrial residues. Polemetallon identifies the business that controls the binding constraint, then structures the mineral layer around it.
Collection contracts, take-back programs, decommissioning mandates, permits, qualification, and assay capability can matter more than title to a mine.

Polemetallon runs a dedicated, documented process for gold transactions, providing pickup, transport, and security from collection through delivery, with assay and settlement by letter of credit or wire transfer.
Gold accepted: doré and refined bars from three nines (99.9%) through four nines (99.99%) up to five nines (99.999%), plus monetary gold. All purchases are paid on fine-gold content.
For selected materials, Polemetallon can arrange port storage under warehouse receipt in the buyer's name, segregated by lot with a chain-of-custody record from mine to warehouse, so buyers draw down on call-off while monthly deliveries continue.
Delivered-duty-paid (DDP) supply is available, with import, customs clearance, and delivery to the buyer's warehouse handled on the buyer's behalf. Lots ship in export-ready bulk bags with tamper-evident numbered seals and radioactive-material (NORM) marking where required, backed by independent ISO/IEC 17025 assays and certificates of origin.
Through our processing network, Polemetallon also connects programs with primary and engineered metal powders—titanium, tantalum, niobium-alloy, and refractory high-entropy compositions—for additive manufacturing, pressing, and qualification work, with chemistry and powder characteristics confirmed lot by lot. Additional represented forms include origin-separated coltan (tantalum-niobium concentrate) and platinum-group collector material. Regulated and nuclear-fuel-cycle inquiries are handled only with qualified, licensed counterparties and transaction-specific compliance review.

LegacyDennis Bartow is a decorated, service-disabled retired U.S. Army combat veteran—29 years of honorable service, including 23 supporting Army Special Forces and Special Operations—and a former senior Defense official. He served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for African Affairs Policy and as Director of the DoD Office of Small Business Programs, the Secretary's principal advisor on small business across a fifth of defense procurement. Earlier work included INTERPOL Washington and congressional staff service.
He founded Polemarchoi—named for the senior military leaders of the Greek world—where defense, energy, and strategic materials meet. Six years in the minerals space run from DPA, DOE, and EXIM campaigns through commodity work, project development, and ownership. Today he is Founder, President & CEO of all three companies; Senior Fellow at the University of Virginia's National Security Data and Policy Institute; Senior Advisor to the DARPA Critical Minerals Forum; and Advisor to the Duke University Critical Minerals Hub.
